Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to lead our warehouse team and oversee the company's inventory management processes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, inventory control, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of warehouse coordinators and oversee inventory management processes
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs
  • Manage inventory levels, track inventory movements, and maintain accurate records
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management
  • Provide training and support to warehouse team members
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, including prior supervisory experience
  • Proven track record of inventory management and team leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
