Restaurant Assistant Manager

At Subway, we are looking for a skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive team environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
