Restaurant Operations Manager

Hi Five Chicken Maple Ridge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet their performance goals.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Interpersonal Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
