About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Best Buy. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering innovative training programs that support the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the planning and delivery of training programs and materials in both French and English, including webinars and virtual, hybrid or physical classroom delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop training strategies for new business initiatives, products, services, or performance gaps.
  • Work with leadership, stakeholders, and vendors to assess training needs and scope, understanding execution gaps and changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives, and technologies that necessitate training.
  • Develop training content in collaboration with the Learning and Development team, including job aids, webinars, eLearning, and other necessary resources. Evaluate and enhance existing training programs to meet identified needs and requirements.
  • Ensure all tracking, reporting of training events and set up are completed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of a combination of experience working as a learning specialist with related formal training.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Teams.
  • Experience in facilitating/presenting training programs in corporate/retail setting.
  • Experience in learning content creation and tools such as Articulate.
