Infrastructure Investment Analyst

As a key member of the Brookfield Asset Management team, you will play a critical role in maintaining strong relationships with existing investors and strategically growing the company's investor base.

The Infrastructure Investment Analyst/Associate will report to the Manager of Strategic Initiatives and Investor Relations, and will be responsible for the execution of IR strategies, servicing the investor base, capital raising for Brookfield's infrastructure strategies and co-investments, and contributing to content creation and thought leadership across Brookfield's Infrastructure products.

This dynamic and multi-faceted role offers the opportunity to develop a strong internal network with investment professionals, the finance and operations teams, and senior management across Brookfield's global offices, in addition to building a strong external network through interaction with private fund limited partners.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a minimum of 2 years of related experience, and a solid understanding of key finance concepts, including valuation, financial statement analysis, and investment performance measurement.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining investor materials, such as investor presentations, fact sheets, due diligence materials, and internal communications
  • Supporting the quarterly process through the coordination and preparation of investor letters and operational updates, as well as webcasts with private fund investors
  • Coordinating investor meetings/roadshows for the senior management team, including preparing presentations and speaking notes
  • Providing oversight of the Brookfield Infrastructure Funds investor inquiry inbox, communicating directly with investors and internal stakeholders to fulfill a variety of investor queries
  • Performing recurring quarterly and annual investor tasks, such as audit confirmations, wire transfers, and confirmations, and fund performance monitoring templates
  • Monitoring and tracking market activity within the infrastructure space and gathering competitive intelligence
  • Supporting other various investor relations initiatives as required

The ideal candidate will be a dedicated, well-organized, and resourceful individual with a high level of attention to detail, and strong financial literacy and communication skills.
