Job Title: Operations Vice President

GALAXY FLOORING AND RENOVATION is seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to join our team. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating work across regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate work across regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives and formulate policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff
  • Establish financial and administrative controls
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Flexibility and initiative
  • Permanent work term
  • 30 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
