Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization in the health, education, social and community services and membership sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve strategic objectives
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors and other executive staff to ensure the organization's success
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make strategic decisions
