Liaison College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Vice President of Health, Education, Social and Community Services and Membership Organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of organizational policies and programs, as well as representing the organization in negotiations and other official functions.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
- Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff
- Establish financial and administrative controls
- 3-4 years of experience in a senior leadership role
- 2 years of experience in a related field
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 42 hours per week
