Job Summary:

This role involves delivering high-quality technical training to ensure the efficient repair and maintenance of Cummins products and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Delivery: Provide instructor-led training sessions for distributor, dealer, and customer service personnel to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  2. Technical Support: Offer support to technicians and service personnel on products, policies, systems, and tools to ensure seamless service delivery.
  3. Training Development: Develop expertise through train-the-trainer sessions and maintain up-to-date training materials to meet business needs.
  4. Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate training effectiveness with participant feedback and field performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

This position requires a college or university degree or equivalent technical experience. Additionally, intermediate-level relevant work experience is necessary, including experience in service. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English, with 85% of the training conducted in French and 15% in English.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a relocation package and benefits.
