About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Montrose International Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, monitoring the movement of supplies and materials, and ensuring the smooth flow of traffic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks, and maintain accurate records.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and maintain progress reports, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including vehicle operators, crews, and equipment managers.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, and maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
