About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at ON D RISE DAYHOME LTD. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Design and implement engaging child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children, promoting their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Lead activities that foster a love for learning, including storytelling, singing, and exploring local attractions, while guiding children in developing essential life skills such as eating, dressing, and using the bathroom.
  • Observation and Reporting: Monitor children for signs of potential learning or behavioral issues and prepare comprehensive reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Environment and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment that protects the well-being of our children, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: A strong educational background, preferably with a focus on Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
  • Experience: While experience is an asset, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow with our organization.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
  • Work Schedule: A 40-hour workweek, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of our clients.
