About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at ON D RISE DAYHOME LTD. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Design and implement engaging child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children, promoting their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Lead activities that foster learning and exploration, including storytelling, singing, and outings to local attractions.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, ensuring their well-being and protecting them from harm.
  • Observation and Reporting: Monitor children's progress and prepare detailed reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors, highlighting any potential learning or behavioral concerns.
  • Environment and Operations: Plan and maintain a clean, organized, and secure environment that promotes children's development and meets regulatory standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Certifications and Education: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • Work Arrangements: Permanent position, 40 hours per week
  • Language: English
