About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Field Tech Operations Lead to join our team at Amazon Web Services Canada, Inc. in Canada. As a key member of our Canada Operations team, you will be responsible for leading the technical operations for our Solutions Architecture, Customer Solutions, and Canada Specialists teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the relationships with Technical teams
  • Drive productivity and accountability across the organizations you support
  • Support the organizations' rhythm of the business
  • Be the data guru by bringing insights to help teams look around corners and stay ahead
  • Be the bridge between US teams and Canada to bring best practices
  • Participate in helping the Canada Operations team scale best practices to other regions and geos
Requirements
  • 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
  • Experience in business-process design or equivalent
  • MBA or Masters degree in Management preferred
