- Provide comprehensive knowledge of the local market, competitive offers, and economic trends to support advice recommendations.
- Assist with maintaining a professional and inviting space in the branch, adhering to premises, marketing, and regulatory guidelines.
- Support the frontline with transactions, as necessary, and act as a point of escalation and support for complex issues.
- High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in financial services.
- IFIC or CSC certification.
- CFSA certification to be completed upon hire.
- Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
