We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales Leader to drive SAP opportunities from qualification to closure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SAP solutioning and services selling, with a strong understanding of SAP's product ecosystem and industry-specific solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute SAP sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partner with internal sector/market unit teams to drive SAP opportunities.
- Generate and execute opportunities, interact with prospective customers through executive meetings, SAP discovery conversations, SAP solution demonstrations, and follow-up discussions.
- Ability to hunt new and farm existing accounts for SAP opportunities.
- Experience engaging with senior leaders (CxO level) on various solutions and business problems.
- ~10+ years SAP experience, of which at least 3 years as an SAP Sales Leader.
- ~ Understands the latest offerings from SAP – Rise, S/4HANA, AMS, AD, BTP, LOB solutions (Ariba, SFSF, IBP).
- ~ Has hands-on experience in solutioning and presenting various SAP services – Transformation, AMS, Cloud Migration.
- ~ Understanding of the SAP business in the Hi-Tech, Manufacturing &/or ENU industry and the nuances of the sector, especially around cloud migration.
- ~ Should be a good communicator and have experience working with offshore presales and solution teams.
