Key Responsibilities
  • Quote Management: Efficiently quote new jobs that are out for tender, ensuring that requested specifications are achievable and aligned with customer requirements.
  • Order Entry: Prepare invoices for order entry through our internal computerized software, AS400.
  • Customer Engagement: Promote Westburne as a leading automation solutions provider by maintaining a high level of technical expertise and customer service.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with outside sales and technical personnel to support customers and grow the knowledge base.
  • New Business Development: Explore new customer opportunities and identify potential sales leads.
  • Brand Ambassador: Build brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences, ensuring that our corporate image is consistently reflected.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills.
  • Prior quotations experience in a similar industry.
