Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

F.A. Traders Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Gas Station Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training new employees, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members
  • Hire and train new employees to ensure a smooth transition
  • Order merchandise and establish work schedules to meet business needs
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
  • Install and service propane and natural gas filling stations
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail business setting
  • Excellent oral communication and client focus skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
