Gas Station Team Lead

Meadowland's Esso is seeking a skilled Gas Station Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our gas station, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of sales workers, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that any discrepancies are promptly addressed.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers leave the station satisfied.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the gas station, including cash handling, sales reporting, and inventory management.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to new staff members, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
The Gas Station Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers and staff on a daily basis. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
