Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Gas Station Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, and resolving customer issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Sell merchandise
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Manage cash
  • Conduct performance reviews
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Accurate and organized
