Gas Station Team Lead

Meadowland's Esso is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas station, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for our staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff, including sales workers, apprentices, and design team members.
- Sales and Customer Service: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize returns of merchandise, and resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and that we meet customer demand.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for our staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Training and Development: Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
As a Gas Station Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and staff on a daily basis. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
