Conair Consumer Products ULC is a leading beauty care and small kitchen appliances company operating in the Canadian market with brands such as Conair, Cuisinart, and BaBylissPro. We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Design Lead to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned design professional to oversee all aspects of creative development work from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand guidelines and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with marketing and sales teams to develop effective marketing campaigns for print and online media
  • Designing and creating high-quality marketing content to support product development and digital promotional campaigns
  • Maintaining digital web content, including listings on e-commerce platforms and uploading digital assets to retailers' websites
  • Following brand guidelines for all digital marketing communications
  • Managing email marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Director, Digital Marketing
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field of study
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in design and marketing, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry
  • Strong knowledge of design principles and branding
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as extended health benefits, life insurance, and a defined contribution pension plan.
