Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Beauty Product Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining all product categories within our Beauty division.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the product development process for new products within the Beauty division.
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to ensure product specifications meet consumer demands and align with the brand's positioning.
  • Oversee product testing and quality assurance to ensure high-quality products that meet industry standards.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform future product development or updates.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including discontinuation.
  • Plan for updates, new features, or product line extensions to maintain market relevance.
  • Work closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams to manage product costs and pricing.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a marketing/product lead role, preferably within the consumer-packaged goods industry.
  • Innovative and creative mindset with a strong understanding of consumer behavior.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and creative tools for presentations.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide extended health benefits, life insurance, and a defined contribution pension plan. We also offer a hybrid-working environment that allows for flexibility and work-life balance.
