Job Overview

The Director, Product Management - Beauty will lead the development, performance, and lifecycle management for all product categories within our Beauty division.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage market research to inform product development and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to ensure product specifications meet consumer demands.
  • Oversee product testing and quality assurance to ensure high-quality products.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch, including discontinuation.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform future product updates.
  • Work closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams to manage product costs and pricing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a marketing or product lead role, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods industry.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Innovative mindset with a strong understanding of consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Project planning and management skills.
