Hotel Operations Manager

Celadon Lodge is seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities- Assist guests with special needs and provide personalized service to ensure their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient operation of the hotel and delivery of excellent customer service.
- Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies to ensure the hotel has the necessary resources to operate effectively.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
