At Shell Gas Station, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our retail store. This role involves supervising a team of 3-4 people and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise Management: Responsible for ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Supervise and coordinate sales activities, resolve customer complaints, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: At least 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
