Medical Imaging Specialist

We are seeking to expand our Medical Imaging team in the Merritt area and invite applications from qualified Medical Radiography Technologists. This position is a Relief Full-Time (1.00 FTE) opportunity that will end upon the return of the incumbent.

Shift types are rotating days and evenings with shift times ranging from 07:30 to 15:30, 09:00 to 17:00, and 12:00 to 20:00. As part of the Nicola Valley Hospital and Health Centre, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with eight acute care inpatient beds, including a 24/7 Emergency Department and Rehabilitation services.

The successful candidate will perform radiographic and related duties working in conjunction with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of the Medical Imaging team.

In terms of compensation, we offer competitive wages and salaries. Effective April 01, 2024, the hourly wage for this position will range from $36.69 to $45.81 per hour.
