Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking a Medical Imaging Specialist to join our team at the Nicola Valley Hospital and Health Centre in Merritt, BC.

The successful candidate will work as a Relief Part-Time X-Ray Technologist performing radiographic and related duties working in conjunction with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Shift types are rotating days and evenings with various shift times.

• Perform radiographic and related duties according to established protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
• Operate radiographic equipment and maintain its optimal performance
• Contribute to a safe and respectful work environment by adhering to safety policies and procedures

To be eligible for this position, you must have a graduate degree from an accredited medical radiography program and current certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).

$60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience.
