Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' needs and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and patients' families.
  • Provide hands-on care, including wound management, IV medications, and catheter care, as well as perform other clinical duties as required.
  • Travel within your region to provide services in various settings, including in-home, clinic, retirement home, or school.
  • Delegate tasks as necessary within your scope of practice.
Requirements
  • Diploma from a recognized RPN program or equivalent.
  • Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certification.
  • Updated immunization records, including a two-step tuberculosis test within the last 6 months.
  • Clear criminal background checks and Vulnerable Sector checks are required upon hire.
