Job Summary

RT Medical is seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team as an agency staffing support. As an RPN, you will provide high-quality care to individuals in their homes, clinics, retirement homes, or schools. Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
  • Provide hands-on care, including wound care, IV medications, and re-sites, catheter care, compression/VAC, and ostomy care.
  • Travel within your region to provide care to patients in their homes or other settings.
  • Delegate tasks as required within your scope of practice.
Requirements
  • Diploma from a recognized RPN program or equivalent.
  • Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certification.
  • Updated immunization records, including a two-step tuberculosis test within the last 6 months.
  • Clear criminal background checks and Vulnerable Sector checks.
