We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Ajay Bhola Financial Services and Insurance Brokers. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing periodic and special reports.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have experience with MS Office and be proficient in data analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and planning for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing periodic and special reports
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including data analysis and reporting
  • Assisting in the preparation of operating budget

The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with MS Office and data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
