Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to provide high-quality Physiotherapy assessments, treatments, and programs to our clients. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our Rehabilitation Services team to deliver exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive Physiotherapy assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based Physiotherapy treatments and interventions to promote client recovery and independence.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments through ongoing education and professional development.
Requirements
  • Current active registration and licensure with the College of Physiotherapist of Manitoba.
  • Membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association is recommended.
  • Experience in extended care Rehabilitation is essential.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate in both official languages (French and English) is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
