Food Service Supervisor Role

At Chicken Chef Lorette, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the food preparation and service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and manage inventory effectively.
- Hire and train new food service staff to build a strong and dedicated team.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that food and service meet the highest standards.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates to optimize operational efficiency.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in hospitality or a related field.
- Proven experience in supervisory roles, preferably in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to motivate and guide staff.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
- A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
