Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at MB PAM INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that our food and service meet the highest standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience in food service management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
