The role of Executive Chef at Fritou Chicken is to oversee the culinary operations of our restaurant, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for developing menus, managing inventory, and maintaining the highest levels of food quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Schedule and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
