Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse customer base
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting or exceeding productivity and sales targets
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
