Job Summary

Junction59 is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, coordinate HR department activities, and direct daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate HR department activities to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  • Direct daily operations and plan and organize daily tasks
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
