As a Financial Services Representative at National Bank, you will play a key role in helping clients achieve their financial goals. With a versatile and varied role, you will have the opportunity to live your ambitions and make a positive impact on the lives of your clients and colleagues.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and respond to their inquiries.
  • Assist clients in using banking applications and ATMs.
  • Listen actively and resolve complex situations.
  • Provide advice and offer transaction solutions for personal banking clients.
  • BUILD lasting business relationships with clients.
  • Evaluate client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for specific needs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
About the Team:

The branch is open one evening per week. Various work schedules are possible and may vary based on team availability. You will report to the Customer Service Branch Manager or the Branch Manager.

You will work with a team of experts specializing in investment, credit, mortgage financing, and more. Our team values passionate individuals and innovative ideas. We collaborate to ensure our clients reach their goals and colleagues can pursue their passions.

Requirements:
  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service, an inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.

  • Ability to adapt to different situations.
