About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Centre of Digital Expertise team. As a key member of our national, dynamic, and customer service-oriented team, you will provide technical support to our automérite customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and chats: resolve problems encountered by our automérite customers, provide technical support for program activation and use, and assist with the mobile application, Client Centre, and/or digital tools.
  • Make outbound calls: encourage eligible customers to activate the automérite service, provide assistance with the mobile application and/or Client Centre if needed, and serve as an ambassador for the program.
  • Promote self-service by guiding customers through available online or mobile application tools.
  • Perform occasional administrative tasks according to business needs.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory, requiring regular communication with both English- and French-speaking clientele.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Tech savvy and comfortable with Apple and Android applications.
  • Dynamic and positive energy.
  • Experience in a call center environment (an asset).
  • Superior communication and persuasion skills.
  • Autonomy and team player.
  • No Canadian work experience required; must be eligible to work in Canada.

This position offers a competitive salary, estimated at $65,000-$80,000 CAD annually, based on location and experience. The job is located in Montreal, Laval, or Quebec City offices. A hybrid work model provides balance between remote and in-person interactions.
