Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and dispatching calls to the right department.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up on purchase orders to ensure efficient follow-up for good customer service
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements
- Perfect bilingualism, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and French
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service, face-to-face or over the phone
- A dynamic personality, a smile in your voice, and an unparalleled sense of customer service
