Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Driven Brands. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing training and oversight to site employees, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide training and guidance to site employees to ensure they understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that all warehouse duties are performed in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer service expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including restocking and inventory management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use a point of sale system.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
