Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Think Logistics Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient workflow and meet customer demands.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and supply chain performance.
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain inventory levels and meet customer demands.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and meet customer demands.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a warehouse environment.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and cellular phone required.
