Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

Think Logistics Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse operations and performance.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
