Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a winning proposal strategy, ensuring alignment with management and team members.
  • Coordinate proposal schedules, responsibility matrices, and communication channels to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Facilitate meetings, reviews, and progress monitoring to ensure timely delivery of proposal documents.
  • Collaborate with proposal writers to develop high-quality content that meets customer requirements.
  • Oversee the quality process, ensuring proposal documents are well-harmonized, coherent, and compliant with RFP requirements.
  • Assist in the development of client meetings, workshops, and oral presentation materials.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of proposal management experience.
  • University or college diploma in technical writing, journalism, marketing, or a combination of education and industry experience.
  • Strong experience managing large, complex proposals and technical reports in construction, engineering, or architecture.
  • Experience working with Infrastructure Ontario or other Private Public Partnership (P3) Canadian Authorities considered an asset.
  • Experience with P3 proposals considered an asset.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and highly deadline-driven.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to establish priorities, set and manage schedules, and coordinate multiple projects at one time.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong communications skills required.
  • Highly developed computer skills, including Microsoft suite, InDesign, SharePoint.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
