Job Title: Proposal Manager

Pomerleau is seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager to join our team. As a Proposal Manager, you will play a key role in driving the technical portion of the RFQ/RFP process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals that meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a winning proposal strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Coordinate proposal team activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Oversee the development of high-quality proposal content, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
  • Manage proposal schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all proposal components.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop persuasive and well-structured proposal content.
  • Conduct quality reviews to ensure proposal content meets company standards and customer requirements.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of proposal management experience in construction, engineering, or architecture.
  • University or college diploma in technical writing, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to establish priorities, set schedules, and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Highly developed computer skills, including Microsoft suite, InDesign, and SharePoint.
