Job Title: Proposal Manager

Pomerleau is seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager to join our team. As a key member of our proposal team, you will be responsible for driving the technical portion of the RFQ/RFP process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals that meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a winning proposal strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate the flow of information from contributors, ensuring timely delivery of proposal content and adherence to deadlines.
  • Facilitate meetings with proposal team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the quality process of proposal documents, ensuring coherence, clarity, and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Assist in the development and preparation of client meetings, workshops, and oral presentation materials.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in proposal management, preferably in the construction, engineering, or architecture industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to establish priorities, set and manage schedules, and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft suite, InDesign, and SharePoint.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality proposal content.
