Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team at A&W. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to optimize costs
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to increase revenue
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand
- Address customers' complaints or concerns to maintain a positive reputation
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency
- 11-15 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Office and MS Windows
