Kabir Family Foundation is seeking an experienced Community Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of community-based programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement community-based programs and services that meet the needs of vulnerable populations
  • Collaborate with local organizations, government agencies, and community groups to build partnerships and promote social cohesion
  • Supervise a team of staff and volunteers to ensure effective program delivery and management
  • Conduct community outreach and engagement activities to raise awareness about our programs and services
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Social Work or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in community development and program management
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
