Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Eurohouse Interiors Inc. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and maintaining our office supplies inventory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Maintain and manage digital database

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Health care plan
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 30 hours per week
