Job Overview

Cogir Immobilier, a private seniors' residence, is looking for an HR Specialist to fill the position of Administrative Assistant with HR specialty. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support and HR services to our team members.

Responsibilities
  • Manage work schedules and ensure efficient workflow
  • Process payroll and handle related tasks
  • Welcome and integrate new employees into the team
  • Ensure health and security protocols are followed
  • Support service managers in their daily tasks
Requirements
  • Diploma or certificate in administration, accounting, or office automation
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook software
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Aptitude for teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
