Job Title: Electronics Sales Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electronics Sales Supervisor to join our team at OSL Retail Services. As an Electronics Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and merchandising of electronic devices, leading a high-performing sales team, and ensuring operational procedures are carried out across the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maximize store profitability by managing all financial operations, including inventory control, cash flow, and reporting.
  • Develop and retain a high-performing sales team, ensuring employees understand what is expected of them to meet established targets.
  • Manage weekly work schedules for the team, addressing payroll, absenteeism, and vacation requests.
  • Ensure the store is always staffed appropriately and team members are up to date on all operational guidelines and product knowledge.
  • Lead by example, creating an open-door environment that encourages teamwork and acts with professionalism and integrity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, being detail-oriented and a problem solver with a sense of urgency to deal with store needs.
  • Flexibility to work various schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience with electronics is considered an asset.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and service while achieving operational standards and success through field teams.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, forecast sales, merchandising, and retail metrics.
  • Proven ability to apply the fundamentals of coaching and performance management.

Physical Job Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 30-50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand/walk for extensive periods of time.
